A large outbreak of coronavirus is observed in China and among the areas where many cases have occurred is Xiamen. In the city, 131 cases of local transmission have been reported in five days.
These cases also directly affect the stone area, as Fujian Province is particularly known for its granite imports and exports. There are many granite and marble factories in this Chinese province and of course the port of Xiamen, which is an important trading post.
These cases may therefore affect the operation of imports and exports of granite and it remains to be seen to what extent there will be consequences in this area.
